Return & Alterations Policy

All Sales Are Final

All Makalaz garments are hand-tailored and produced with care. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Sizing & Fit Responsibility

Makalaz provides detailed and exact garment measurements for each size to help customers select the best fit before purchasing.

Customers are responsible for:

• Reviewing the provided size charts and garment measurements

• Selecting the correct size based on those measurements

Fit preference (such as a looser or slimmer fit) is subjective and does not qualify for returns or exchanges.

Alterations

We understand that fit preferences or minor adjustments may be desired after purchase. Makalaz offers alteration services for garments already purchased, subject to the following terms:

• Alterations are optional and not included in the original purchase price

• Additional costs apply, based on the type and complexity of the alteration

• Alteration pricing will be communicated and approved before any work begins

• All alteration fees must be paid prior to service

Makalaz reserves the right to refuse alterations that would compromise the design, structure, or integrity of the garment.

Natural Variations

Because each garment is hand-tailored, slight variations in measurements, stitching, or finish may occur and are considered part of the craftsmanship—not defects.

Agreement

By completing a purchase with Makalaz, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the garment measurements provided and agree to this Return & Alterations Policy.
